Poor shoes

Once upon a time, A young rich student was walking by a river with his teacher friend... While walking, the student saw an old pair of shoes belonging to a poor farmer. He saw that it was washed in the river after the work in the field and left to dry in the sun.

The student said to the teacher,

"Come, let's make fun of this man, let's hide his shoes and secretly watch what he's doing. Then he's looking for shoes.

When we are tired, we can laugh and have fun…"

The teacher who knows the young mind replied,

"Son, we are never good at making fun of other people's woes and problems, but since I know you are rich, we can make a different joke. We put a gold coin in each of his shoes, after which we hide behind the bushes and wait for his reaction.”

The student liked it better so he did, and they both hid behind the nearby bushes. Soon the farmer came to the place where he had left his shoes and coat to dry. When his leg felt something in his shoe, at first he thought it was a stone but soon realized it was a coin. He was surprised to see the gold coin, looked around and was stunned for a moment when no one was there. He looked around again, but he saw no one. So he put the coin in his pocket and started to put on the other shoe but to his surprise he found another gold coin in there.

The farmer instantly fell on his knees and raised his hands to heaven in prayer and thanksgiving.. In his prayer..

His very sick wife, children who had nothing to eat and finally now with the money from this miracle he was able to buy medicine and something to eat shouted thanks.. Hearing all this in silence, the student was stunned, his eyes filled with tears.

The teacher asked the rich young man,

"Now how happy you can laugh and have fun."

The young man replied,

"Teacher, you taught me a lesson that I will never forget! Now I understand the words you said that I did not understand before.."

"It is more blessed to give than to receive..."

When someone is sad, helpless and has a problem, don't make fun of it.
